Shipping and Handling
Processing Time:
For all orders, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged and labeled before shipping out. We do try our best to ship out our products to you as fast as we can, we thank you for your patient.
Shipping:
All products are dispatched from Thailand through Thailand Post or DHL Ecommerce unless you choose other delivery options. We do recommend choosing a service with tracking. After the shipping it may then take up to 24 hours until tracking becomes available, we will send a shipment confirmation right after we ship your order.
Returning & Refund:
We do not accept return, refund or cancellation. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and double check your order and size before placing your order. Cancellations on orders are invalid after the order has been shipped.
Lost / Stolen / Damaged Package:
Please contact the courier directly if there is any issue with shipping. After the packages have been handed to the shipping courier it is their responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If necessary, please contact us and we will send you proof of receipt so you can make a claim with the shipping courier.
Custom Fees & Imports:
The receiver of the products ordered from our store is responsible for the custom fees. We cannot predict the custom fee for you as each country has a different import tax law. We will not be responsible for the fee and as written above there will be no return or exchange.
The Policy:
We reserve the right to modify our policies at any time and they will take effect immediately. We are not required to notify you when our policy changes. Please read and review our policies thoroughly and regularly for any changes.
